I hope everyone’s fishing is going well. I can’t get anything going myself. Booked a marsh trip for June, really looking forward to that because local fishing has sucked.
Finally hooked into a few bream, including this nice one below. It’s about time. I think the bait fishermen have mostly cleaned them out of my neighborhood ponds.
At the office lake i picked up this dark male crappie, below, with what looks like a very worn caudal fin. Worn from bedding activity no doubt but where they are I haven’t a clue.
I hear the crappie at the Rez have been on fire but I haven’t been able to get after them.
Keep fishing, America is still free but it won’t be much longer. This plane will start hitting the trees pretty soon.
